Important Dates:

Parade of Homes is April 11-12 & 18-19, 2026

Last Day to Register and Provide all Requested Details -  February 15, 2026 - Extended Registration 2/27/26; Extended Date to Provide Details - March 1, 2026

Entry Payment - $2,500

Incentive Discounts:

1. Multiple entries by same builder: -$400 per home
2. Submitting own rendering by deadline: -$200 Providing front elevation rendering of home (per home)
3. Providing list of POH vendors/suppliers: -$100 Section included in Builder Agreement
4. Placing ad in POH publication: -$100-$200 Per ad per home
5. Multiple POH builders in same subdivision: -$100-$300: $100 discount per home for 2-3 homes; $200 discount per home for 4-5 homes; $300 discount per home for 6+ homes
6. Recruiting new Parade participant (has not participated in past 5 years for existing members or new member): -$300 Builder has not already indicated participation by 1/15/26.
7. Meeting ALL deadlines (agreement, payment, uploading info. into portal, submitting documents, etc.): -$300 Information submitted must be complete.
8. Attending POH mandatory meeting: -$100 Must be primary or secondary contact person listed.
9. Returning all supplies by deadline: -$100
10. Securing new Parade publication ads (has not placed ad in past 5 years): -$100-$500 One ad per home.

You may pay by check made payable to Northshore Home Builders Association. If you wish to pay by credit card, please email jenny@northshorehba.org for an invoice (please note an additional 3.5% convenience fee will apply).

Applicable incentive discounts that may be deducted from full entry fee at the time of Builder Agreement submission include #1-4 above. #5-10 above incentive discounts will be refunded following the event.
