Matthew Pellerin was born and raised in Franklin, Louisiana, a small sugar cane-producing city on the Bayou Teche, surrounded by beautiful historic homes. This sparked his love of home design and the building process from an early age. Matthew founded Cane Construction and Development LLC in 2024 with the goal of building beautiful, detail-oriented homes with high design and functionality at the forefront of every decision. Matthew participates in every part of the build process and is present on his job sites daily, and independently designs and constructs certain finishes in his builds himself, giving his homes a truly bespoke touch.
